Yoga with Hazel Mair at the Riverside Centre

My classes explore the many facets of Yoga; movement that can build strength and mobility to enhance our daily lives and the power of breath calm the mind. I like to think my practice offers a calm, safe space to connect with the breath, move freely, learn a little & laugh a little and be part of a joyous community.

Ease into Sunday with a gentle Yoga flow. Movement to unwind the body and ease tension. Guided breathwork to calm the mind. With a focus on subtle movement and listening to your body you will leave with an inner sense of calm and wellbeing.
